You may not: Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes. Interfere with the App’s operation. Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the App. We may impose transaction limits and fees. These will be communicated to you through the App or other official channels. We are not liable for: Losses due to unauthorized access caused by your negligence. Delays or failures resulting from technical issues beyond our control. Financial losses incurred during transactions. You wrong transactional information written by you and with your authentication credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for violations of these Terms or other reasons, with or without prior notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
